Cultural and Generational Sensitivity

The idea of bringing more diversity, equity, and inclusion into the workplace was, and still is, a healthy and essential goal for any company. Unfortunately, the potential of DEI has faltered due to extremely poor implementation and the effective demonization of its purpose.
